From its modest beginnings in 1993, Wonder Montessori School has grown into a vibrant multicultural school offering programs for children from the ages of 3 to 9 years old. Our school's mission has remained the same since we first opened our doors: to nurture every child to become a creative, competent, and confident learner. To realize this goal, we have built a thriving educational community where children learn and respect one another and where our teachers and staff strive to develop each child's academic potential.
Our school is accredited by the American Montessori Society (AMS) and by the Association of Illinois Montessori Schools. Our teachers are AMS certified and have several years of Montessori teaching experience. Wonder Montessori School's founders have over 25 years of Montessori classroom experience and hold master's degrees in education curriculum.
Wonder Montessori students enjoy tailored educational programs designed to address the needs of their academic development. Our school offers half day, full day, and extended programs beginning from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Wonder Montessori also offers an elementary program in conjunction with Chicagoland Montessori Academy.
