Letter from the Founders

Dear WMS Families and Prospective Families,

As we approach our school’s 25th anniversary, my wife and I fondly remember our beginnings. What started as one small classroom with less than ten students has become a school that has not only grown in enrollment but has become an environment where our past and present staff and families have truly touched so many hearts and lives.

From when we first opened our doors in 1993, my wife and I have wanted to make Wonder Montessori School a place where children from diverse backgrounds can come to reach their academic and creative potential through the Montessori method. Our goal has always been to build a community where children and adults can work, respect, and learn from one another as Maria Montessori so wonderfully demonstrated in her classroom and yet is more than ever relevant today.

Our students are taught in an environment where they are comfortable, and yet are challenged to do their very best. Our teachers and staff seek to provide a hands-on approach to every aspect of their job for every student in the classroom. For more than two decades, our goal and vision of Wonder Montessori School has been the same and unchanging.
